IRIS Recognition System is the process of identifying the iris pattern of the human eye. This project is implemented through the MATLAB. Through MATLAB language, it is very easy and accurate to detect the iris pattern deprived of any difficulties.
During the detection process, mean of the image is calculated and then the eye image is scanned several times to make sure that the regions have same pixels. The camera effect can apply bright effect to the eye picture captured so we scan the images till we obtain the threshold value.
Pupil area, iris edges are concentrated more during the matrix manipulation for accurate human identification. Hough transform is used in the automatic detection process. This is an effective and best for real time because even the identical twins and triplets can also be differentiated through the classification of Human Eye.
