A student faces a great challenge during his or her end of graduation. Because he needs to complete a final year project and must submit Final Year Project Report to the staff. Thus a student must have good knowledge on how to prepare a project report.
Project Contents
The project report must include the following information in order:-
- Project Title
- Full name of the student
- Name of your guide
- Logo
- College name and place
- Year of submission
Students are required to include certificate page, declaration, acknowledgement, abstract and much other information in their project report. Body of the project is very important. It must contain details about project title, literature review, methodology, project analysis and design, project summary and finally conclusion.
A student should prepare a project report by covering all the above details in a standard project document format. Report must be prepared in English language. Paper must be a plain white A4 size paper. Use always word processors for typing the content. And font size must be 12 and font style is Times New Roman. Always do hard bound and take print in high quality laser printers and one side prints.
